bh55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the account holder is in breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) bh55 has reason to believe the account is being operated fraudulently or in bad faith; (c) continued operation of the account is required to be restricted by law or regulatory direction; (d) the account holder has passed away and the estate has not contacted bh55 to close the account.
Upon termination of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will be returned to the account holder via the last used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC documentation being on file.
